Spaghetti Squash & Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- spaghetti sauce
- grated Parmesan cheese
Special Equipment
- long metal skewer
How-to
- Preheat oven to 375º
- With a long skewer, poke small holes all around the squash and place squash in a shallow baking pan
- Bake for 1 hour, turning squash at 30 minutes to cook evenly
- Slice in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and fibrous strings and discard (quash will be very hot, so use gloves or wait until it cools)
- Drag a fork across the squash to scrape out all the "spaghetti" flesh down to the skin
- Serve with heated spaghetti sauce of your choice and top with grated cheese. You'll think you're eating a delicious pasta meal!
