Pizza Toppings & Baking Tips
Serves 4
Ingredients
- pizza dough (we recommend Chris' recipe for a crispy, chewy crust)
- 2 oz pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- olive oil
- guanciale (cured pig jowl) or bacon
- egg
How-to
- Spread dough out on flat surface
- Ladle pizza sauce on middle of pie, then spread around leaving enough room for crust
- Apply clumps of mozzarella cheese, but not too much
- Add a little olive oil to taste
- Preheat oven to highest temperature (450 or 500)
- (For Guanciale & Egg Pizza) Add guanciale
- (For Guanciale & Egg Pizza) Add egg in middle of pizza then put pizza in oven
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
- Slice and serve
