Grandma Joan's Passover Rolls
Makes 14-16 Rolls
Ingredients
- 1½ cups water
- ½ cup oil (vegetable or canola)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups matzoh meal
- 6 extra large eggs
How-to
- Preheat oven to 375°. Bring to boil 1½ cups of water, ½ cup of oil, ⅓ cup of sugar & 1 tsp of salt. Turn off heat
- Stir in 2 cups of matzoh meal (gets very thick). Take hot mixture & put in electric mixer (can use hand mixer or wooden spoon to mix). Add eggs one at a time until well blended
- Drop mixture into greased muffin cups about ⅔ full. Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool in muffin cups
