Bea's Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable shortening
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3-4 tbsp cold water

How-to

  1. Mix shortening, butter, and salt with fork
  2. Add flour and mix with fork
  3. Add cold water, 1 tbsp at a time, and work into flour until it forms a ball
  4. Refrigerate for 5 minutes
  5. Roll out and place in pie pan and you're ready for your filling
