Oatmeal w/ Cranberries, Apples & Cinnamon
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 apple, julienne (matchstick size) or sliced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
How-to
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil
- Add oats. Return water to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add honey, dried cranberries, apple and cinnamon and whisk to combine
- Simmer 5 more minutes
- Eat warm immediately or cold the next day
