Turquoise Blue
Ingredients
- ¾ oz rum
- ½ oz blue curaçao liqueur
- ½ oz Midori melon liqueur
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 wedge of lime for garnish
- ¼ oz simple syrup (1:1 mixture of sugar diluted in water)
- ¼ oz ginger beer
- ice
How-to
- Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a glass then fill with ice
- Top the glass with a shaker tin and tap in place securely. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds
- Pour ginger beer into a martini glass and strain cocktail ingredients over the ginger beer
- Garnish with wedge of lime and serve!
