Fruit & Almond Smoothie
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 1½ (12 oz) filtered water
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 3 dates
- ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
How-to
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend well on high speed until smooth
- Enjoy immediately
