Red Rot Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ oz London dry gin
- ½ oz St~Germain elderflower liqueur
- ½ oz Cherry Heering (Dutch cherry liqueur)
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- ice
How-to
- Have a chilled champagne saucer or cocktail glass ready
- In a cocktail shaker, to 1½ oz of London dry gin add ½ oz each of St~Germain elderflower liqueur, Cherry Heering and fresh lemon juice, and 2 goodly dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- Shake vigorously with ice and strain into chilled glass
