Raspberry Summer Crush
Makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 5-6 mint leaves + a sprig for garnish
- ¾ oz grenadine
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Kevin Martin's Raspberry Vodka
Special Equipment
- bar muddler
- cocktail shaker
How-to
- Combine 5-6 mint leaves and grenadine in a glass and muddle gently
- Add lime juice and shake without ice (transfer to shaker if you don't have a Boston shaker canister that fits over your glass)
- Add Raspberry Vodka and transfer back into the glass. Stir and top with crushed ice, making sure to keep the muddled mint leaves at the bottom of the glass
- Garnish with spring of mint and enjoy!
