Mango Lassi
Makes 5 Servings
Ingredients
- 16 oz yogurt
- 12 oz fresh mango, peeled & sliced (or mango pulp which can be purchased in specialty stores)
- 4 oz honey
- 16 saffron threads
- ½ oz rose essence
- 8 oz granulated sugar
How-to
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed 10-15 seconds until smooth
- Serve with our without ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh mango
