Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • ice to fill 64 oz pitcher
  • 6 oz white rum
  • ½ oz orange curacao
  • orange juice (about 1 cup)
  • pineapple juice (about 1 cup)
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • ½ oz 151-proof rum to float

How-to

  1. Fill pitcher with ice
  2. Add light rum and orange curacao
  3. Fill almost to top with orange and pineapple juices
  4. Top with dark rum, then float 151-proof rum on top
