Guinness Ice Cream Float

Ingredients
- piece of fudge (your preference)
- shaved chocolate
- ½ cup vanilla bean ice cream
- 1½ oz vanilla vodka
- 5 oz Guinness stout
How-to
- Melt fudge in microwave for 10 seconds
- Dip a pint glass glass in the fudge to rim the top, then dip glass in shaved chocolate
- Add scooped ice cream and vanilla vodka. Take a spoon and lightly muddle the ice cream and vodka together
- Add Guinness to ½” from the rim and top with chocolate shavings
