Fruitcake Flip
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 oz half & half
- 3 drops pomegranate molasses (can be found in Middle Eastern markets)
- scant ½ oz maraschino liqueur
- 1½ oz fruitcake-infused brandy (Fruitcake Brandy Infusion)
- freshly grated nutmeg
How-to
- In a cocktail shaker, add a few drops of pomegranate molasses, maraschino liqueur and brandy
- In the other side of the shaker, add one whole egg and the half & half
- Shake ingredients well
- Add a couple of large pieces of ice and shake thoroughly
- Strain into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
