Daisy Cocktail
Ingredients
- crushed ice
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¼ oz grenadine
- soda water
Garnish
- fresh mint
Special Equipment
- highball glass or other tall glass
- cocktail spoon
How-to
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and grenadine and stir twice
- Top off with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
