Cocotini

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 4-5 whole star anise
  • 10-12 whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 15 oz can of cream of coconut
  • 14.5 oz can coconut milk
  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • 2 - 2 ½ cups of white rum (to taste)
  • raspberries and freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

How-to

  1. Put water, star anise, cloves and cinnamon in a sauce pan on the stove
  2. Bring to a boil and strain. Let cool
  3. Mix strained liquid with cream of coconut, coconut milk, condensed milk and rum and refrigerate for 1 hour
  4. Pour into individual martini glasses and garnish with raspberries (on the rim or in the glass) and freshly grated nutmeg
