Boiling, Peeling & Eating Crawfish
Ingredients
- Large pot - ½ full of water
- 2-3 lemons
- ½ pkg Louisiana Crab & Crawfish Boil (pkg is 16 oz - instructions are also on pkg)
- 5 lbs of live Crawfish
How-to
- Boil water
- Add lemons and crawfish boil to water
- Boil for 5 minutes
- Add Crawfish
- When water boils again, cook Crawfish for 8-10 minutes
- Turn off fire
- Let sit for 5-8 minutes
- Strain
- Eat and enjoy!
