Spring in Paris

Bonjour, tout le monde! This week we are celebrating French cuisine. We gathered some very talented heroes this week including Philippe Rispoli of the highly acclaimed PB Boulangerie Bistro, tucked away on Cape Cod in beautiful Wellfleet. We also feature another Cape crusader, Else Rhodes, of Pain D'Avignon in Hyannis (Tip: If you're at the Hyannis airport, their bakery is only 500 yards away. Grab a croissant!). Learn to make pâté for a picnic, a tart for a party, steak au poivre for a romantic dinner and much more.
